Although we take every precaution to ensure that your Biotivia products reach you when you want them and in perfect condition, occasionally things don’t go to according to plan; postal services may let us down, goods can be damaged in transit and simple human error can result in you receiving the wrong product.
As your customer-satisfaction is at the forefront of our list of priorities, we want to do everything in our power to rectify any problems you might have. As a result, we have developed a comprehensive returns policy to ensure your complete contentment.
● Should you receive the wrong product, simply return it to us, unopened. We will rectify the mistake as soon as possible, sending you the correct product and refund any postage costs you have had to make.
● Should your product be damaged as the result of transit, return it to us and we will send you a new one
● If you decide that the product is not for you, return it to us unopened and we will refund your money with no questions asked.
● You have up to 28 days in which to return any damaged or incorrect products.
● Due to reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been opened.
● If you are unsure about your customer rights and our returns policy, feel free to email or call us and we will offer you friendly advice.
